How do I return an order?

To find more information on the Supplier's Return Policy please refer to the "Suppliers" Tab and, selecting the said Supplier and, hitting "Return Policy"

Once you have determined the Suppliers Return Policy and, are needing to file a return you will start the return process by going into the "Orders" tab in Doba.  Locate the order you are wanting to return and, click "Request an RMA"

Once the RMA is approved, you will get an email with the RMA number. Just be sure that the email you have on your Doba account is up to date so that you can get the RMA number. Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned within 30 days from receiving the shipment.

The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned, please provide in the RMA notes section of your RMA request.

Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.

Damage Claim Instructions 

If the item that was ordered arrives damaged please file a damage claim in your Doba account. 

You will go to the order in your Doba account that was damaged and click on the order number. Once you do that it will bring you to another page where you will see a red link that says “Submit Lost/Damaged Claim,” go ahead and click the link.

Please be sure to provide all the details of the damage. Also, please provide as many pictures of the damage as well and send those to support@doba.com
