Every Doba subscription has a monthly & yearly option. Below are the refund policies for each
Monthly Plan:
To terminate your Doba Retailer Subscription please go to My Account & click on Cancel Subscription. That will cancel any further billing to your account you will still have access to the account until the end of the paid month.

There is no contract with a monthly plan, which means you can cancel at any time. If you cancel prior to your set renewal date, then you will not be charged any further & your account will expire at the end of the month.
If you cancel after the system renews your account for another month. You may contact a Doba Customer Service Representative to terminate your renewal if you are unable to do it on your own to avoid any further charges from occurring.
Yearly Plan:
Your Doba Sales Agent will go over the Terms of Service during the signup process.
Terminating your renewal online does not count towards a cancellation request you will need to send an email to support@doba.com with your request to cancel for it to be considered.
