How do I place an Order?

Once you have sold an item from your inventory lists, you can follow these steps to make an order and complete the sale.

After logging into your Doba account, go to "My Inventory," check the desired product and click "Order."

After clicking Order, a screen will pop up asking you to verify the product and amount.  

Continuing on to the checkout phase, you will be prompted to verify the product's destination and your method of payment.

Finally, you will be taken to the confirmation screen, where you enter your credit card info (if needed), and submit your order.

Your CVV information is not saved anywhere in Doba’s database. We do require it when you’re signing up for your Doba account so that we’re able to perform an authorization check, (this is a common anti-fraud practice used to verify your account is active and valid for future transactions), however, that CVV code is not saved with the rest of your card information.


The only other time you will be required to enter the CVV information is when you are placing an order. Once you’ve confirmed the order, you’re brought to the payment portion for the order. IF you are paying with a card, there’s a section that allows you to enter the CVV code:

You can review your orders at any point by clicking "Orders" on the top navigation bar.
